- Submitted content: text you paste or upload for processing (see retention below).
- Support data: messages you send to support (Telegram/email), and information you include.
2) Google Sign-In data (important disclosure)
If you use Google Sign-In, we receive basic Google account information such as your email address and a Google user identifier used to create and secure your account on manwriter.com. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive files, contacts, or other Google services unless explicitly shown in the Google consent screen.
Limited Use: Our use (and any transfer) of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3) How we use data
- Provide the service: run jobs, return results, manage credits/diamonds.
- Security and abuse prevention: rate limiting, fraud detection, account protection.
- Support: respond to requests and troubleshoot issues.
- Compliance: enforce our Terms and comply with legal obligations.
4) Sharing and transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety.
- Service providers: hosting, monitoring/logging, and payment processors (only what’s necessary).
- Legal: if required by law or to protect against harm/abuse.
5) Retention
- Submitted text is kept only as long as needed to process your job, typically less than 1 hour, unless you explicitly request otherwise or we must retain it for troubleshooting a reported incident.
- Operational logs (job status, timestamps, and basic metrics) may be retained longer for reliability, billing, dispute handling, and security.
- You can request deletion of your account data via support (see contact).
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk.
7) Your choices & rights
- Access/correct: you can update some account information from your account page (if available) or by contacting support.
- Delete: you can request account deletion and removal of associated personal data, subject to legal or security retention needs.
- Opt out: you can stop using the service; you can also request deletion.
8) Children
This service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
